Privacy Policy

This policy reflects the privacy and consent behavior already implemented in the AuraX app, including facial data processing consent, 24-hour image deletion, and account deletion rights.

1. Overview

AuraX is a wellness application. It analyzes a facial image to generate harmony-oriented wellness insights and personalized routines. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical claims.

2. Data We Process

Based on in-app consent and settings flows, AuraX processes the following categories:

Facial image data uploaded by you for analysis.
Analysis output: harmony index, category scores, suggestions, and timestamps.
Plan and progress data: tasks, plan completion, routine statistics, and scan counts.
Basic account identifiers (including anonymous identifiers when you do not provide email).
Subscription and entitlement status for premium access.

3. How Data Is Used

Data is used to run analysis, generate your 30-day plan, track your progress, and synchronize your account state across app features. Facial analysis is framed as balance, harmony, and wellness guidance, consistent with app behavior and consent language.

AuraX processes facial image data only after explicit user consent and age verification inside onboarding.

4. Retention & Deletion

Facial images are automatically deleted within 24 hours after upload.
No permanent biometric profile is created or retained.
You can request full deletion from the app via “Delete My Data” / reset controls.
Deletion covers account document data, analyses, plans, and progress records.

5. Security & Sharing

Data in transit is protected using encrypted connections (including TLS in app flows).
AuraX does not sell your facial data.
We do not share facial images as permanent biometric profiles with third parties.

6. Your Rights

The app’s legal consent language is designed for GDPR/CCPA-compatible control, including explicit consent and data deletion. You can revoke consent and delete data from in-app privacy controls at any time.

Right to delete your account data.
Right to revoke consent and stop further processing.
